It’s amazing how we can all read the same scriptures and get a different view,it’s because God knows what we need and I love that, this is what I was given concerning these scriptures.I’ve read them many times before and I’m just now seeing this.
Mark 12
1. Then Jesus began telling them stories: “A man planted a vineyard, built a wall around it, dug a pit for pressing out the grape juice, and built a lookout tower. Then he leased the vineyard to tenant farmers and moved to another country.2 At grape-picking time he sent one of his servants to collect his share of the crop.3 But the farmers grabbed the servant, beat him up, and sent him back empty-handed.4 “The owner then sent another servant, but they beat him over the head and treated him shamefully.5 The next servant he sent was killed. Others who were sent were either beaten or killed ,6 until there was only one left — his son whom he loved dearly. The owner finally sent him, thinking, ‘Surely they will respect my son.
God has down through the years because of His love for us,sent many teachers and prophets. God’s word is the truth but it does no good to just read it and not listen for God to explain it. The many before us left us knowledge of God that we need daily. We too are servants of the Most High God,and we should be willing for God to use us any where and any way. The servants in the above scriptures had only their own agenda in mind. As we so often do,God can speak to us concerning another and we’ll just brush it aside, sometimes we really don’t recognize His voice, but most times we do. The owner of the vineyard in today’s lesson is God He has sent many servants down through the years. But we’ve been too busy to pay any attention to what they have to say. They as we know did beat and kill the servants of the Lord, from Abraham to Jacob and Issac right on down to Moses,Elijah,Joshua and Isaiah. “Hallelujah”! Praise God! He didn’t stop there but love moved Him to send Jeremiah,Ezekiel and Daniel ,Habakkuk and Malachi. You are getting the picture,God is an awesome painter isn’t He. Down through many generations God has given, and given and He’s waiting and waiting for you to hear him. Are You Listening? After all of these and so many other servants were beaten and killed,God decided to send His Only Son saying surely they will not kill Him. “Hallelujah” praise God! But as we know Jesus Christ God’s only Son was slaughtered, beaten beyond recognition and he did it for you and for me.God’s love for you is so great, please listen.
Heavenly Father please help us to hear your voice and to obey you in Jesus name.Amen

Thank you, Sister Pat
You have given much to think about. Thank you for reminding us to think on what matters.
“Down through many generations God has given, and given and He’s waiting and waiting for you to hear him. Are You Listening?”
This is indeed a very important question. He has been giving… but one of these days Jesus will return and we will have to give an account for what we have done with what He has given us.
“Heavenly Father please help us to hear your voice and to obey you in Jesus name.”
I so pray!
Blessings,
ann
